A: It supports 1 outdoor sensor and up to 3 additional remote sensors (sold separately). The console can auto-scroll through data from each sensor. To activate this feature, long-press the “CH” button in the battery compartment until the cycle icon appears.

A: Yes, it’s recommended. Batteries ensure your settings and data are retained in case of a power outage.
