1. For E-Bike Orders
Returns, Refund and Restocking Fees
At Raddy, we provide a 14-Day Free Trial and Hassle-Free Return for e-bikes.
- A - Returns of Items within 14 Days of Receipt: Be eligible for a return, item must within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee. For all returns, buyers will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- B - Returns of Items outside 14 Days Window: Returns are not allowed outside the 14 days window.
- A - The eBike must have less than 20 miles on the odometer, without wear and tear, dirt, dust, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (battery, charger, keys, etc.).
- B - Before a return is sent, please contact us via [email@example.com] or click Contact Us to get the RMA form. We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement without prior return approval.
- C - If the package lacks products/accessories, we have the right to deduct the payment according to the situation; if more items than what is required from the RMA return form being sent, we will not arrange refunds or reissues, and will not return the original package to the customer.
2. Other Outdoor Gear & Accessories Orders
Any purchase of other outdoor gear & accessories shall be eligible for return within 60 days of receipt. The restocking fee would be charged if you want to return an unwanted item.

Please contact us via [firstname.lastname@example.org] or click Contact Us for the return address before sending the unit back. We will not accept returns without the RMA form from our customer service team.
Please be advised that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Damaged Items
If the product arrives damaged, please send pictures or videos to our customer service team via [email@example.com] or click Contact Us immediately. Once it is confirmed, we will accept returns and arrange for a new replacement or a full refund.
4. When will a replacement be sent?
Replacements are treated the same way as those of new orders -- they typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.
5. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once the returned package is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
